Author Rhonda Nelson will be joined by her husband, Little River Band’s lead singer Wayne Nelson, to promote her beautiful new book, A Different Life, with an acoustic tour in December. A Different Life Acoustic Book Tour
Rhonda will share behind-the-scenes stories from A Different Life in between Little River Band hits such as “Cool Change,” “Lady,” and “Reminiscing.” The set list will also feature songs from the group’s holiday album, A Little River Band Christmas. The presentation will be similar to a songwriter’s night, with Wayne and Rhonda providing a glimpse about what life on the road is really like.
Book Tour and Acoustic concerts
It will be a busy month, as the tour will include two Christmas performances with the full lineup of Little River Band. These dates include December 2 in Delray Beach, Florida, where the Nelsons live, as well as December 12 in Nashville, which is Rhonda’s hometown. These performances are part of the Little River Band’s annual Carols by Candlelight performances, which are inspired by a holiday tradition in Australia. Both concerts will benefit children’s organizations in their respective cities. In addition, the last book event on the tour will visit Wayne’s hometown of Chillicothe, Illinois, on December 15.

In each book event, Rhonda, Wayne and Little River Band members will stay after the show for autographs and photos. Her debut book, A Different Life, includes family recipes, introductions to members of Little River Band, and memories from her life.
