Stephanie has forgotten Finn
The Bold and the Beautiful has taken recycled story-lines to the limit this week. They killed off Finn who was a nearly perfect mate and disposed of him. We say nearly perfect because if it weren’t for his crazy birth mother he would have been perfect. There is just so much to unpack here so lets gets started. Forgotten baby boy
With Stephanie forgetting she had a husband named Finn, she is also forgetting she has a beautiful baby boy named Hayes. That is what is making this convenient amnesia so hard to swallow. Then on top of that, we have to watch Hope having a really hard time sharing her husband for a few hours in a hospital. On top of that, her mother, the most selfish character on this soap has an issue with it all. Who is this woman to demand that Taylor go tell her daughter that her husband is dead?
Baby bump
Let’s talk about the elephant in the room, the baby bump. Not only is it noticeable, her real life pregnancy is so much more obvious while laying in this hospital bed. Why didn’t they just write this baby into the story-line? Why couldn’t Stephanie have a second child with Finn? Sometimes we really have to wonder what the writers are thinking especially with the recycled story-lines.
Stephanie and Liam and Hope Triangle
There is absolutely nobody what wants to see another Liam, Hope and Stephanie triangle. If there are budgeting problems, they could have killed off the character of Finn without having to create another triangle. So many missed opportunities for this show. Sometimes they do something that can really make soap history like having a mother shoot her own son. But then they follow it up with recycled trash.

So the only bright spot here is the new little actress playing Kelly. What a beautiful little girl and a good little actress. Sophia Paras McKinlay is the new Kelly. She has been soap opera aged but not too much for it to be totally unbelievable. We haven’t seen much of Kelly or Hayes for a while. How are the viewers feeling about Bold and Beautiful rehashing old story lines with children in tow?
Enough of the Steffy/Laim/Hope triangle!! If Tanner wanted to leave B&B, y didn’t they just recast the part? I’m hoping Li has Finn stashed away somewhere alive & will return as a new actor when Jacqui returns from Maternity leave!! Let that be what’s happening!!
