Donald Trump attacks Constitutional Rights threatening American Citizenship
This morning Donald Trump attacks Constitutional Rights threatening American Citizenship. He did so by tweeting that people burning the American Flag in protest should be jailed or loses their citizenship as American Citizens.
Flag Burning
First of all, it is common knowledge that most American’s are against flag burning. This act has only occurred during the most drastic and emotional times. Burning the flag feels wrong but it is a Constitutional right. Americans should not want to see their Constitutional rights toyed with at whim.
Nobody should be allowed to burn the American flag – if they do, there must be consequences – perhaps loss of citizenship or year in jail!

The Tweeting President Elect
Trumps message was delivered like he delivers so many messages, through his Twitter feed. One has to wonder what fuels his middle of the night or early morning tweets. Flag burning occurred 2 week ago when people were protesting his election. Is this a delayed response or did he just learn about it?
Constitutional Rights
This is not the first time that the President Election has gone after American’s Constitutional Rights.  Trump has continually attacked the First Amendment and our “Freedom of the Press,” and “Freedom of Speech,” rights. He did so when he attacked the cast of Hamilton for politely addressing the Vice President Elect Pence. He does so daily when he attacks main stream media.
Diverting Attention
The question we have to ask ourselves, is the President Election tweeting this ridiculous tweets daily to divert attention from things he does not want media to focus on? He settled his Trump University cases and is paying out 25 million dollars rather than having his Fraud and Racketeering trial going forward. Trump currently owns over 100 businesses around the world that could cause conflicts of interests for a sitting President.
In Conclusion
In conclusion, American media needs to be vigilant. Make sure to stay focused on what is really going on. Do not ignore his tweets but don’t make them the daily focus.  Listen to Lee Rascone’s “An American.” Lee Rascone is an American with French, Native American and Mexican Heritage.

Trump is an sad and an embarrassment to America!
Yes he is and it’s sad that people voted for him all because they didn’t want a woman to be the president and they said that he was the most honest but I don’t think that he is fit for the president
There already is a law on the book so protecting the flag however a liberal Supreme Court judge deemed it a freedom of speech which is bullst!!!
It needs to be reinstated! No more burning of the flag. It is NOT a constitutional right!!!
