Mark Pocan raised the issues of Conflict of Interest and the Emoluments Clause. Article 1 of the Constitution:

The representative also brought up the fact that the countries banned are ones for which Donald Trump is not doing business.
In conclusion

He broke the law the minute he took Oath of Office. Why he has allowed to remain is beyond me!? Probably because his Cabinet toadies are guilty of the same. Keep an eye on this, it requires 2/3 of Congress to impeach him. The Republicans will do all they can to stop this.
Yes, Donald Trump should be impeached, but not for the “foreign gifts” portion of the Emoluments Clause. Unfortunately, that clause can be nullified by the Senate, which we have seen always votes in favor of Trump’s wishes. The portion of the Emoluments Clause that states that the President is not allowed to gain payment because of his office, other than his salary as US President, is the one we might be able to win. Senate cannot nullify that one.
He most definitely should be impeached.

This so called president. Loser of the popular vote is an open threat to America as we know it. His relationship with Russia borders on treason, and he doesn’t care about the Constitution. Indeed, trump should be impeached! Although he checked beforehand to ensure that he could not have a ‘conflict of interest’ by law (even though it should be a law for presidents as well as all government employees), he was in conflict under the emoluments clause on the day he took office and decided to remain owner of his foreign interests.
Time to IMPEACH #45. He is a sick individual he is not qualified to be president.

He’s not qualified for the position. the president of the United States of America should be a person who you look up to, he should be the example of: well manners, soft spoken, well educated (does he have a degree? at this point I am doubting, his behavior is amazing), a person that can read and write English, somebody that can learn how to deal with jokes and people making fun of him (he’s a public figure and not say that he’s going to cancel S.N.L.)
