Joey Feek has gone to heaven
Joey+Rory: Joey went to heaven today. Joey Feeks suffering is over. Joey passed away this afternoon at 2:30 p.m.
Rory announced this by saying:
“My wife’s greatest dream came true today. She is in heaven. The cancer is gone, the pain has ceased and all her tears are dry.”
After stopping treatment in October of 2015, the doctors didn’t think Joey would live to see Thanksgiving but she proved them wrong and lived to see her daughter Indiana’s 2nd birthday.

Rory also had this to say: “At 2:30 this afternoon, as we were gathered around her, holding hands and praying.. my precious bride breathed her last. And a moment later took her first breath on the other side.”
Husband Rory has been blogging about his wives cancer battle throughout the past two years.

You may want to correct the dates on this article …. she stopped treatments in October 2015 not October 2016 …. Healing prayers for this family as i lost my own mother 2 months ago to Pancreatic Cancer …she was 62 .. there uas got to be a better way to find a cure to treat Llbof these people
Sorry about the incorrect year. I know the right year but was writing that piece through tears. I have covered her story since the birth of Indy and this has been quite painful.

She was still alive. That was Valentine’s Day
Waylon, she was alive here. It was Valentines evening. She asked if he would hold her. And he did for 30 minutes. First time he had done so since early Nov of last year . Such a sweet, gentle soul. We loved this wonderful lady and Mother.
I work and live in Singapore, and from my little part of the world, I had been followin every article and update re this amazing wife, mom and Cancer warrior: the late Mrs Joey Feek. I pray that the Good Lord keep her always in His loving embrace, and her soul to rest at peace.. with no more fear, no more pain.. no more heartache. I also pray for u, Rory, to be strong, and to carry on.. for Indy, as Joey watches u both – from Heaven. This Lenten Season, be blessed, be at peace, dearest Rory.
