Joey Feek is ready to go home to GOD announces her husband in his very sad blog post. The pain she has been enduring daily is increasing daily and so is the morphine they are giving her to try and control the pain. Rory said this: “Her pain and discomfort has continued to increase daily and so has the morphine to help her be comfortable,” he continued. “The dosage she’s needed to keep the pain away has quadrupled in the last four days.”
Rory added, “I’d like to tell you that she’s doing great and is going to beat this thing. But I can’t. “Yesterday with tears in her eyes and mine, Joey held my hand and told me that she has been having serious talks with Jesus,” he said. “She said she told him that if He’s ready to take her … she’s ready to come home.”
In an earlier interview with the Tennessean in early December Joey said this:
“I pray that one morning I just don’t wake up,” she says. “But I don’t fear anything because I’m so close to God and we’ve talked about it so many times. I know he’s close. And I know he loves me. I’m really at peace. I still believe there’s healing in prayer.”
We here at The Daily Banner pray that Joey’s does not suffer and that the lord takes her just the way she has prayed. This woman so full of love and faith has a special place waiting for her beside Jesus.

My prayers are with you Rory and Indy your mom is in a better place and now she is in your hearts and she is your guardian angel Indy. Now that she will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Indy you will see your mom as an angel and she is looking down at you right now sweetheart. One day you will she her again one day she is now gone but she will never be forgotten I am sure one day your daddy will tell you a lot about your mommy one day when your old enough. My heart truly goes out to the family and prayers. Joey is such a strong and loving person and very much admired by all. So sad that she wont be able to raise her baby, but will always be with her and watch over her from above. GOD BLESS THEM ALL!

We have been keeping up with these two every since we seen them on the Gather shows. We thought they seemed like a sweet couple plus we enjoy hearing them sing. They are both good singers, with each other or alone. I feel so bad she won’t be able to perform with her husband anymore but she will be with the Lord and performing her beautiful voice there. Have been praying for her healing and know God will answer prayers, whether healed here or when she goes to heaven. May God bless her family.
