LYNYRD SKYNYRD Tour Dates
The Southern Rock band is back on the road. LS just spent the last few days in Arizona. They will get a brief break and head out again in May for their late spring and summer BIG WHEELS KEEP ON TURNIN’ TOUR 2022. Their last tour got interrupted by the pandemic as it did every other band in the USA. They always intended to cut down the amount of tour dates and do limited dates for a few more years. This tour is more proof of that. Read on for more about Skynyrd back with BIG WHEELS KEEP ON TURNIN Tour this spring and summer. Check out where you can see them in 2022:

About Lynyrd Skynyrd
The legacy began some 46 years ago in Jacksonville, Florida, and halted for a decade by the 1977 plane crash that killed three band members, including Ronnie Van Zant and Steve Gaines. Since then, the band tragically lost Allen Collins, Billy Powell, Leon Wilkeson and Hughie Thomasson, yet Lynyrd Skynyrd rocks on with original member Gary Rossington joined by Johnny Van Zant, Rickey Medlocke, Mark “Sparky” Matejka, Michael Cartellone, Johnny Colt, Peter Keys, Dale Krantz Rossington and Carol Chase.
And so Skynyrd stands, “still unbroken.” “People may say, ‘they need the money,’ well I don’t think any of us need the money,” Van Zant says. “It’s just that we love the music, it’s bigger than the money, it’s not even about that any more. We have to make a living, sure, but it’s about the legacy of Lynyrd Skynyrd, and what it stands for, what the fans are all about. There’s nothing like getting out there playing a great show with Skynyrd and seeing people love this music.”
Adds Rossington, “We’re still standing, still keeping the music going. We wanted to do the guys who aren’t with us any more proud, and keep the name proud, too.”
With a catalog of over 60 albums, sales beyond 40 million worldwide and their beloved classic American rock anthem “Sweet Home Alabama” having over two million downloaded ringtones, Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Lynyrd Skynyrd remains a cultural icon that appeals to all generations.
Well, I’m disappointed b/c I’ve been to the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles and Cynthia Woods Pavilion North of Houston to see the band and you’re not coming close to Texas. I have a 20″ x 32″ picture entitled “The Road Home” that is in my Man Cave which belonged to my neighbor’s son who passed away and she gave it to me b/c she knows how much I Love Skynyrd. I also sing a pretty good “Gimme Three Steps”. Did I mention I’m the President of the “Toledo Bend Rednek Yacht Club” – Facebook Group. Our Motto – We Love our Family, We Love Our Country, and We Love the Lord! Hope you come to Texas!
I hope you will come over to Europe as well. I still have a ticket for Tilburg from July 2020.
Surely a visit to us over here in the little UK, once more for the road ?! 🤟🤟🤟🤟
If you are going to PUYALLUP then hop across the border to VANCOUVER BC CANADA, thanks KEEP SOUTHERN ROCKIN
