Will the soap go there?

What Victoria is doing to Nate is not just wrong, it is a casebook example of sexual harassment.  A few weeks ago she made the first move on him by kissing him at a meeting. Did he kiss her back? He seemed to but more because he really didn’t even know what to do. What are the writers thinking?

Do you think it is possible that the writers are going to tell the story that sexual harassment can work both ways. That is isn’t always just men in power committing harassment but that it can be a women of power against someone under them (no pun intended) in the work place.  We all know that power has gone to Victoria’s head.  Is it possible that this will be what takes her down? Will it cause her father to fire her and give her job to Adam?

What would Victor do?

Victor would attempt to defend Victoria. However, if she put his company in jeopardy, would his support continue? He would protect and defend unless there was irrefutable proof against Victoria. Additionally, a lawsuit like this would embarrass the family and cause harm to the business.

Nate and Elena

Victoria Newman should be sued for Sexual Harassment on Young and Restless

These two have been together a while now. They got together when Elena cheated on Devon. What Elena needs to do is have a conversation with Nate about what his co-worker told her. She needs to tell Nate that she believes that Victoria is coming on to him and that is sexual harassment. Elena did say today to Audra that she knows how much this job means to Nate.

She also said that Victoria has him right where she wants him.  Elena needs to convince Nate he is being sexually harassed.

One thing is for sure.  Victoria Newman should be sued for Sexual Harassment on Young and Restless. Doing this story line will help educate viewers that sexual harassment is not just a one way street.
