Sometimes a soap can come up with a thought provoking story line.  The JT story line happens to be one of those times.  First of all, for months Sharon, Nikki, Phyllis and Victoria thought JT was dead.  They buried him in the park and they visited the spot often.  Also while visiting the spot they never saw the ground had been disturbed.  Furthermore, things were calm in the park until Jill placed artwork over JT’s unmarked grave.  So does the Young and Restless makes fans wonder if JT is really alive or is it an allusion created by someone else?

Let’s look at the evidence

A credit card of JT’s begins to be used around the country. So the next thing to happen is Victor’s files get delivered to Victoria’s office.  Finally there are JT sightings because the writers needed a villain.  First he is seen breaking into Victor’s warehouse.  Another place JT shows up is outside of Sharon’s window.

The Hooded Sweatshirt

Hasn’t anybody thought it peculiar that JT walks around in this hooded sweatshirt?  The very first time we saw him we were like, “what’s up with that sweatshirt?”  While you might want to wear that when sneaking around a warehouse, it seems out of place in the summer.

Are the viewers convinced this is JT?

So we have to ask, are the viewers convinced JT is back from the dead?  What if it is not JT at all?  Ask yourself this, who is the most angry at Victor right now? Who had everything to gain by bringing an imaginary JT back into Victor’s life?  What if this is not JT but rather someone wearing a JT mask?
