On the Young and Restless Billy proposes the old fashioned way, he gets down on bended knee and asks Chelsea to marry him.
He presents her with a beautiful ring and at first she said no but then she changed her mind and said yes. As soon as she says yes, Adam/Gabriel walks in with Sage and says the restaurant that Billy had sent them to was condemned.
The ring is a little big so they have to go to the jeweler to get it sized. When they are done with that, they go to Crimson Lights to get coffee and run into Stitch and Victoria. Amelia sounds like she was sick when she filmed these scenes as her voice was hoarse. You can clearly see that she is not happy about the engagement. Billy and Chelsea however are floating on cloud 9. Victoria offers to let them celebrate with her but Billy appropriately says they had “private plans.”
We here at the lunch room are not sure what happened to those plans as Chelsea appears back in the coffee house and runs into Gabe. She tells him she went back to the jeweler to pick up earring that matched her ring and that she has to call a cab.
Gabe is all like don’t spend money on a cab and that he would give her a ride. His desperation knows no bounds. Most of us here at the Daily Banner are already sick of this story-line and just want Adam to tell Chelsea who he is.
