Y&R: Sharon lost Faith today in the custody suit and it was her own fault. Whether you are a huge fan of the character of Sharon or not, you have to admit that the way she lost it in court only demonstrated to the Judge what Nick was trying to say about her being unstable.

Even before the ruling came down, she was losing it yelling, screaming and begging and then fleeing the courtroom. That is not how a mature, responsible adult acts. Any responsible Judge would have made the same call.

However, for the Judge to call Sharon’s visits unsupervised is bull because he said they had to happen at Nick’s home and with Nick’s permission. That means if Nick feels like cutting her out of her daughter’s life, he can do that.

There should have been a visitation schedule drawn up and in the real world, even with Sharon’s outburst there would have been.

Did the writers want the viewers to think it was apropos that Sharon should lose her daughter for one year just as Nick lost his? That fact didn’t get past us here at The Daily Banner. By the way, the soaps are on daily in our lunch room.

So today of all days, Mariah grows a conscience. Now, I do believe that Cassie would have told the truth on the stand had it have been her up there and not Mariah. Sharon was out of line lashing out at Mariah, the only daughter she had left. She had not lost all her kids at that point, in fact, she had not lost any of them. Custody is just that, custody.
